Arrive in Style provided the shuttle service for my guests from my venue to the hotel block. I worked with Ellen to book the services, she used my guest count as a determinate of how may shuttles to use. I liked that there was a contact from her team at the venue to let us know when the next shuttle would be arriving. However, the shuttles were supposed to run until 2 and the last shuttle came to pick up guests at 1:40..I realize by the time they get to the hotel it is 2 a.m., but my understanding was the last shuttle pickup from the venue would be 2 a.m., some guests were a little upset they had to leave the after party 20 minutes early to get on the last shuttle. I would recommend them to another bride and groom.

We used Arrive in Style for our limo and shuttle services for our wedding day. We chose the larger party bus which fit our entire bridal party (12 people) comfortably. The vehicle was clean and the driver was courteous and on time for all pick-ups. We had the shuttle service to drop guests off from the hotel to the reception venue and the initial drop off went off without a problem. The only problem we encountered was when the shuttle was supposed to make its second pick up to the venue. Many of the guests, including us, were left waiting almost until 11:45 (the reception ended at 11:00) for the shuttle. When we had called to asked the driver if there was a problem he made a comment that they had other pickups to do that night. Overall, we did have a good experience with the company. Working with Ellen was a pleasure and she was always willing to go above and beyond to accommodate our needs.

Both shuttles were on time and got us right to where we needed to be. They were also super accommodating after the ceremony on the way to the reception once the whole party consolidated into one shuttle. the drivers were friendly and funny. Booking was easy and I was given all my different options and hashed them all out with the knowledgeable owner. Overall this was a pain free part of the planning process!

Very accommodating to last minute changes!

We used Arrive In Style for my daughter's wedding. They provided limo service for the bride and my husband and myself to the wedding venue as well as shuttles for the wedding party and guests. Valet parking was also necessary and my guests told me they were very accommodating. My only tiny complaint is that the limo driver took a wrong turn on the way to the venue. An honest mistake but on that particular day with emotions running high, a bit of a pain. I would suggest confirming that they know exactly how to get where they're going. Ellen is easy to deal with, very relaxed and reassuring.

Ellen was an absolute pleasure to work with and incredibly helpful as we were trying to determine types of vehicles and quantities needed for hotel shuttles services of all of our guests. We also had a pretty large number of guests cancel hotel rooms late and Ellen reorganized our entire shuttle plan for us! The vehicles are very nice and they ensure to get every one of your guests before leaving so there are no angry guests :) They worked great with our venue to communicate timing of arrivals as well which made our job easy the day of the wedding.

We rented the 14 person party bus from arrive in style and it was great: very spacey, neat and perfect for us and our bridal party! The bus came with napkins, glass cups, and ice for our use! Our driver was very respectful and flexible, he even made an extra stop for me at a place where i really wanted to take a few quick pictures. I would definitely recommend them!

Arrive in style was great, Ellen was very responsive to my emails and calls. They were also very accommodating with number trips to and from our venue. The bus driver was friendly and the ride was great, they even made accommodations for our flower girl who needed to ride in her car seat. The bus was clean, very well kept, for the price it far exceeded my expectations. I have already suggested the company to other people that are getting married.

My wedding was at the beautiful Ashford Estate in Allentown, NJ. One of the major issues we faced was transporting all of our guests from the hotel to The Ashford as well as transporting the wedding party to the church in Princeton, 45 minutes away. There were many poor reviews of transportation companies online citing complaints of lack of communication, drivers not being prompt or using vehicles that were subpar. After talking with Ellen at Arrive In Style we were assured that we would incur none of this. First of all Ellen personally handles everything from the time you sign the contract all the way through the night of your event. She herself met our guests at the hotel and made sure things ran smoothly. She also made sure that all her drivers had the most efficient directions to avoid any delays. We had 3 shuttles and two limousines and every driver was very professional and courteous. We were so concerned with the timeline that day, but the drivers constantly reassured me that I would be at the church on time! Arrive In Style also took excellent care of all our guests. We could not have asked for a more pleasant experience.

We actually didn't end up using Arrive in Style because we had to change our venue last minute after hurricane sandy and no longer needed transportation. Ellen, the manager was amazing to work with while we were planning and ask no questions when we said we no longer needed them and gave us our deposit back right away. She was so flexible and helpful through everything.

Everything went off without a hitch! I highly recommend this company. Our driver was professional and early for our big day which was a huge relief. He made a bunch of stops and everyone was on time. And compared to other companies they had a very competitive price and were very flexible in changes I had last minute.

We had this company for our wedding. They are inexpensive compared to other company's but the quality of the service is over the top. I would recommend them to anybody who needs any type of transportation services.

Everything went very smooth...the staff & drivers were great! Note: the contract does read that food/beverage are not allowed in vehicles, so if you plan to have champagne or something in the limo you should work that out ahead of time. We didn't realize this until the day of event, but after speaking with the staff they allowed us to have beverages. We really appreciated their flexibility!

As the bride on the wedding day people are generally asking last minute questions and checking in on things however Arrive in Style knew exactly what to do and I had a great carefree day.
I also had a food truck coming in later on and before the day they asked me any questions that I would need to answer and helped coordinate with the food truck people where they should set up to make sure all traffic flowed smoothly in and out of the venue.I would highly recommend their services to anyone. We used Arrive in Style for our wedding and they were FANTASTIC. There was a bar at our venue where we had an after party at. They gave us a window of time and being that we weren’t going to use the whole time for transportation to and from the venue they picked us up an hour after the wedding ended from the after party and took us with a couple guests back to the hotel. We used Arrive in Style for our bridal party transportation and guest shuttle services for our wedding on 12/30/17. Ellen was very easy to work with and make the reservation process go very smoothly. Rather than spend the extra money on a limousine, we opted to use the guest shuttle (29 passenger) to transport the bridal party from the hotel to the venue and then come back later for the guests. The shuttle was clean and comfortable. The driver (a sweet woman whose name I unfortunately did not get) arrived ahead of schedule to pick up the bridal party and was completely understanding when the bride, true to form, came down 15 minute late! At the end of the evening, she even held the shuttle for my husband and I so we could head back to the hotel with everyone else rather than wait for a second trip. She was courteous and professional and got everyone where they needed to go safely and on time. It was an excellent experience!

Arrive in style was so accommodating especially since my wedding was right in the middle of COVID. My guests staying in the hotel were very happy to not have to drive to the venue. They are a very affordable option for transport services and the bus was clean, the staff was friendly, and they followed all covid guidelines.

When I hire this vendor it was one year prior to my wedding, John was very polite we when over the location and time, it was very easy and very reasonable price. My wedding was on february he reach back during the holidays and asked how we were doing with our planning if anything change and three weeks prior to the wedding confirmed time and location. John was not our driver but Douglas, John text me Douglas cellphone number in case of any questions. Douglas arrived on time we had two pick-up location on a 30 passenger party bus. His energy was amazing, very polite and happy. He even helped us open one of the doors for me to walk down the aisle. He was very patience to help us in rush time, help with luggage help our guest. The bus was very clean smell fresh, we were very happy with the service. Thank you John and Douglas for being part of making our perfect day.

They were terrific in all respects. We had two dinners on successive nights, with 120 and 244 guests (not all of whom needed transportation assistance). They were very helpful and flexible in the planning stages, and just perfect in the execution. Our guests were completely satisfied, as were we.

I used Arrive in Style for my wedding transportation (I used shuttles) between the hotel, church, and venue. They were absolutely amazing from the moment I reached out to them for information! I worked with Ellen to book, who was extremely responsive and helpful, especially since my wedding was in a town I am not very familiar with. They were honest as well, which made me feel so comfortable. Other companies I had inquired about seemed to tack on extra charges - for example, leaving the venue it was a certain price, but they said if they had to do an extra trip it would be an additional cost. That made me uncomfortable because I know how it is at the end of weddings - it’s hard to know exactly when everyone will be ready to leave! Arrive in Style was the opposite. They told me a very reasonable price and assured me if there were still stragglers left over they would do an extra trip without a sweat. The drivers were friendly and timely, and everything was organized and coordinated. I have no doubts that Arrive in Style was the best option and they made my day run smoothly!

She has a lot of experience doing events in Hamilton NJ and knows exactly what to do and when to do it to ensure your wedding guests are transported on time and in one piece! We used Arrive In Style for our shuttle service to and from our hotel and venue for our guests. My mom handles the booking and said they were excellent to work with. We had a cooler at the venue to take back to the hotel that we weren’t able to bring onto the shuttle, but the owner brought it over to our hotel with his truck which was really convenient! With the afterparty going until 1 a.m., we needed multiple return trips. Ellen's advice on our transportation needs worked out perfectly. We also hired Arrive in Style to provide valet service. I recently hired Arrive in Style Transportation for my daughter's wedding. Ellen and her staff are absolutely AMAZING!
We used both the shuttle and valet services. We needed shuttles to transport the bridal party, family and friends from our hotel to the church, around town for pictures, then to the venue, and back to the hotel at the end of the night. We also needed a shuttle to transport my daughter, her husband and a few friends to a nearby bowling alley for some post-wedding fun and the bring them back to the hotel. The drivers were FANTASTIC! They were prompt (actually early), professional, well-dressed, and so accommodating. They assisted our elderly guests ( and those of us in gowns) on and off of the shuttle. They also helped us store our belongings in the shuttle's storage area. The shuttles were SPOTLESS and VERY comfortable! As for the valet staff, all I can say is WOW! Our venue had no parking area, so we made arrangements with a church across the street to park our guests' cars there. The valet staff was so EFFICIENT, there was NEVER a line of cars waiting! Each guest was greeted promptly and assisted, if necessary. It was the same at the end of the night, when our guests were retrieving their vehicles. The valets wore company clothing, with "VALET" clearly marked to avoid any confusion. The valets were professional, friendly, and very helpful. I cannot thank Ellen and her staff enough for the OUTSTANDING job they did! It was such a relief knowing that I did not have to worry about the shuttles or valet and I could just ENJOY my daughter's wedding day!

We were thrilled with the services provided on the day of my daughter’s wedding! One of the bridesmaids was in a wheelchair due to a severe leg brake and the driver was really helpful with getting her in and out of the navigator multiple times and with handling the wheelchair. And the bus to and from the reception was clean and comfy! George did some maneuvering to get it close to the building because it was pouring at the end of the reception. We all felt safe and blessed that we used Arrive in Style Transportation!

A solid option for transportation in the Mercer County area. Overall, I had a good experience with this company and the owner was very pleasant. I will say that they brought the first shuttle of the guest earlier than planned and agreed upon (I was still taking photos and guests saw me in my dress. First shuttle arrived at 3:50 pm for a 5 pm ceremony which was not on schedule). In addition- the driver of the first shuttle told the bride that she couldn't play music because it was "such a short ride". It kind of put a damper on the mood since everyone was so excited to be leaving the hotel. After some negotiation he did eventually give her the Bluetooth info.
Transportation was fabulous at the end of the night. They were patient and made sure everyone got home safely. They even packed up our extra food for us and made the transfer process seamless.

Arrive in style did an amazing job. Ellen was very responsive with emails/ calls, and was very flexible with pick up times considering we had so many people. They even send another small van at the end of the night to make sure they all the guest departed the venue in a timely manor.

I hire them for my daughter wedding what a great job they did. They answer all my questions got back to me in a timely manner. The day of the event they show up ahead of schedule and stay until all the guest got back to the hotels.

Ellen was so easy to work. Did not expect to see her onsite at the venue towards the end of the night, but it was such a delight. She made sure all of our guests were on the shuttles and no one was left behind. All of our guests were raving about the shuttles and the ample amount of space that was provided to them. We hired Arrive In Style to provide an additional 10 person van as a shuttle from our hotel in addition to one the hotel provided. They were great! Ellen handled the booking and even made an appearance at the end of the night to make sure everything was going smoothly! They were responsive, friendly, and provided a flat price with tip gratuity included so there were no surprises. The van they provided was clean, on time and made as many trips as we needed to ferry everyone back and forth. Seriously they were great and we high recommend them.

Ellen could have not made this experience any easier. She was so east to work with. Being my first wedding she knew all the right questions to ask. As for the drivers they were fantastic. My mother has Parkinson’s and the woman driver was so patient, caring and supportive.

We booked Arrive in Style for our wedding and had a great experience! The shuttle times allowed our guests to arrive on a few different trips. There was an earlier shuttle time for those who wanted to leave the reception before 11 pm. Staff was friendly and courteous. Karen was great to work with during the booking process.

I hired Arrive in Style for a wedding to transport guests to and from two hotels to the venue. They also had to pick up the bridal party from 2 different locations. They did a drive by of each location so that they would know exactly where the shuttle could pick up. They were always in touch and everything ran smoothly. Highly recommend.

With Arrive in Style as my transportation company I didn't have to worry about anyone being stranded at the venue or hotel. Even when we were about to leave the parking lot of the hotel and we realized we forgot my veil, the driver had no problem pulling back up to the hotel and letting us get the veil. The driver saved my wedding day with such a small action that may others would not have done.
